What is a credit? 1 credit = 1 SMS (Thai messages up to 70 characters, or English up to 160 characters). Longer messages charge additional credits per segment.
Do you really refund failed sends? Yes. Credits are refunded automatically the moment the system detects a failed send. You can see the status in your dashboard.
What happens when my credits expire? When you buy a new package, remaining credits roll over and pick up the new package's validity period.
Can I buy the same package again? Yes. Buy as many times as you like. Credits add up in the same account, no new account required.
How do I pay? QR PromptPay and bank transfer. Enterprise customers can request billing terms and credit lines.
How do I get a tax invoice? Full tax invoices are issued automatically every time you buy a package, emailed to you, and downloadable from the dashboard.
